Adding displays to variable types¶

atvise webMI allows creation of custom displays for variable types. After having imported variables and data types, follow these steps:

Add a display

Right-click on Variable Types ‣ Type and choose Add Display….

Design the newly-created display

Create the desired display for the specific variable type.

Use the display in the visualization

Now you can use the created display when designing the server's visualization. Just drag and drop objects of the variable type to one of the server´s displays and the newly designed display will appear.
